As a project manager for both a certification body as well as project owners, Michael coordinated certification as well as the interface management of offshore wind farm projects in Germany, Poland and the US, for over 10 years.

As a creative person, Pawel likes to approach problems from different perspectives and is fascinated with new technologies. He gained his first professional experience in the maritime sector working as electrical cadet and now uses gained knowledge and passion for offshore wind projects.

With a Masters in Renewables, Catalina has a special interest in the technical and engineering aspects of renewable energy projects. She is eager to pour the theoretical knowledge gained from years of study into the real world, working towards the expansion of energy generation sources.

Javier is an Industrial Engineer passionate about driving innovation in the offshore wind industry. With expertise in project management, he thrives on finding smarter ways to work. By developing practical tech solutions, he aims to make renewable energy projects more efficient and impactful is committed to building a sustainable future.

With her dedication to processes and administration, Maria supports our clients with project management expertise in major investment and energy projects. Her extensive experience and calm approach to even the biggest challenges make her an invaluable part of every team.

Driven by her passion for numbers and structure, Anna brings clarity to financial complexity. After returning to professional life from a fulfilling period of motherhood, she now supports our clients in managing large datasets and cost structures. Her deep understanding of financial mechanisms makes her an essential partner for navigating complex contractual frameworks.
